Call recording

Call recording solutions are broadly classified into two categories: database recordings and recordings for further processing of calls, e.g., for evaluation purposes, for quality control purposes. In both cases, the main advantage of voice recordings is that they are stored in the same and storage and use environment for a long time. It is possible to record all voice calls from VoIP- landline phones, computer workstations and mobile phones in one user environment.
